Product Description
Technical Description:
High Loft Polyester Foam is a lightweight, non-woven filter media manufactured from 100% virgin polyester fibers using a thermal bonding process. It features a high loft (thick, open-fiber) structure that provides excellent dust holding capacity, low initial pressure drop, and high airflow. The media is washable, reusable (depending on the application), and resistant to moisture, chemicals, and microbial growth.
Material Composition:
- 100% Virgin Polyester Fiber
- Thermally bonded (binder-free or low-binder, depending on grade)
Manufacturing Process:
- Polyester fibers are carded and cross-lapped.
- The fiber web is thermally bonded to form a durable, high-loft structure.
- The media is heat-set and cut into rolls or sheets as required.
